The location was stunning, offering a true taste of Ireland's natural beauty. I highly recommend visiting the nearby Blasket Centre for an immersive cultural experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The renovated house provided comfortable accommodations, with good showers and warm water. Despite being an old house, the noise from other rooms was not a major issue. I had a peaceful and enjoyable stay at Gleann Loic Farmhouse.

It was the perfect spot to spend New Year's, as there was so much to discover in the area. the host, Padraig, was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the region and provided great suggestions for trips and hikes. the breakfast options were also a highlight, with a wide variety available, including vegan and gluten-free options.

The boiler switch was located outside of the shower-room, which led to some water wastage and was a bit confusing to use. the rooms were a bit noisy, as you could hear your neighbors speaking.

We were also impressed by the self-serve breakfast options provided in the kitchen, allowing us to start our day off right.

There were times when the wooden doors could be quite loud when opened or closed, which occasionally disrupted the peaceful ambiance of the rooms.
